Get paid to work, play, and care for dogs all day! We're looking for energetic, dependable dog lovers to join our fun, fast-paced team. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and spending your day with dogs, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and safely manage groups of dogs during play sessions.
  • Monitor dog behavior, health, and social interactions.
  • Feed dogs and administer medications as directed.
  • Clean and sanitize play areas, cabins, and facility spaces daily.
  • Communicate with pet parents in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist with daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient shifts.
  • Lead and support a team of 6–8 staff members during assigned shifts.
Front Desk Support

  • Greet customers and their pets in a welcoming, professional manner.
  • Check dogs in and out for daycare, boarding, grooming, and other services.
  • Answer phones, respond to customer inquiries, and assist with scheduling appointments.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate customer and pet records.
  • Provide updates to pet parents regarding their dogs' stay and activities.
  • Support daily administrative tasks to help ensure efficient front desk operations.
Qualifications

  • Genuine love for dogs and comfort working with all breeds and sizes.
  • Experience in dog daycare, boarding, kennels, veterinary clinics, grooming, retail, hospitality, or customer service settings is preferred.
  • Leadership experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, active environment.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn scheduling and reservation software.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
